Tell us the routing. We arrange the wings.

A palace arrival by helicopter, a same-day Delhi–Agra–Jaipur circuit, an Everest flightseeing morning — the charter desk responds personally, typically within the hour.

The Fleet

The subcontinent, measured in hours.

Every flight is operated by vetted, DGCA-licensed charter partners with senior crews — while your Elevated India curator holds the itinerary, the ground fleet meets every wheel-stop, and one desk answers for all of it.

Questions

Before wheels-up.

Who operates the aircraft?

Flights are operated by established, DGCA-licensed Indian and Nepali charter companies that we vet and book on your behalf. Elevated India designs the routing, holds the schedule and manages every handoff — the flying itself always rests with licensed operators and their crews.

Can we land at the hotel?

Several palaces and wilderness lodges have their own helipads or arrangements nearby — Udaipur, Jawai, Ranthambore and Amanbagh among them. Where a helipad isn’t available, our fleet meets the nearest airstrip and the last miles are seamless.

How is a charter priced?

By aircraft type and block hours, including positioning, landing, handling and crew. You receive one transparent quote — no fuel surcharges appearing after the flight.

How much notice do you need?

Jets typically 48–72 hours; helicopters 3–5 days for palace and wilderness arrivals; Everest flightseeing is best reserved a week ahead in season, with a weather morning held in reserve.

Is it safe to fly in the Himalaya?

We work only with operators holding extensive mountain experience, and every mountain flight is flown at the crew’s discretion with conservative weather minima. If the mountain says wait, we wait — the itinerary is built to absorb it.

Can charter be woven into a full itinerary?

That is precisely the point — most guests add a flight or two inside a longer Elevated India journey: arrive by road, depart by air, and give the saved day to somewhere beautiful.
